I did one wedding. It was in high school, when a friend’s sister asked me to photograph their wedding.
The sequence and shots were fine. Got everything she wanted and some wonderful candid shots.
The bitching and moaning from all the new “outlaws” was criminal.
My assistant/girlfriend at that wedding, was with her new photographer/boyfriend (and my friend) at another wedding. This time, for a lady who married the first guy she found after we broke up.
Needless to say it was an interesting night to be me…
My buddy Steve says at our reception table “hey Jeff, there’s still time to deflower a bridesmaid in the coat room and have her pissed at you - for the trifecta!”

Colorful days for sure!
As much as I enjoy taking pictures, I'm pretty sure if I had to do a wedding it would be the flash work that would make me really anxious
That’s pretty common and one of the things that holds back many.
I could fix that in an hour
